This antique jewellery box, dating from the 1880s, is veneered in coromandel, and finished with brass corner straps, ornate recessed brass side handles, an engraved brass monogram, and a Bramah lock.

The interior, lined and ruched with blue velvet, contains two removable velvet-lined jewellery trays, and a deep velvet-lined area beneath.

The Bramah is fully working and comes with its original Bramah key.
