Antique Jewellery Box in Coromandel

This antique jewellery box, dating from the 1880's, is veneered in Coromandel, and finished with brass corner straps, ornate recessed brass side handles, an engraved brass monogram, and a Bramah lock.

The interior, lined and ruched with blue velvet, contains two removable velvet-lined jewellery trays, and a deep velvet-lined area beneath.

The Bramah is fully working and comes with its original Bramah key.
