Antique Jewellery Box in Burr Walnut

Dating from the 1870’s, this large antique jewellery box is veneered in Burr Walnut, with brass edging and recessed brass side handles.

The single compartment interior is lined with blue grosgrain silk and velvet.

An engraved brass plate inset to the rear rim of the box reads, ‘W. Wilson & Co - Manchester’.

The lock comes with its working key.
