Enquire About a Similar PieceThis antique jewellery box, veneered in coromandel with ornate brass inlay, dates from the mid-1870s.
The interior of the box is lined with blue velvet and matching moiré silk. The front flap of the box opens forward to reveal two concealed drawers with recessed brass handles. The lower drawer is fitted with a large velvet-lined compartment and a removable moiré silk-lined lid.
The Bramah lock is fully working and comes with its key.
